1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PM eSchool's training programs, website (www.pm-eschool.com), and related services provided by PM Resources Sdn. Bhd. (registration no. 0466686P) ("PM eSchool", "we", "our", "us").
By registering for any training program or submitting any enquiry through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Registration & Enrolment
Registration for a training program is subject to seat availability and is only confirmed upon:
- Receipt of full payment, or
- Receipt of a valid company purchase order (PO) accepted by PM eSchool.
Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of a registration form without payment does not guarantee a seat. PM eSchool reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the prevailing SST (Sales and Service Tax) rate unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, cheque payable to "PM Resources Sdn. Bhd.", and approved corporate purchase orders. Payment details will be provided upon registration confirmation.
Full payment must be received prior to the program start date unless prior written arrangements have been made with PM eSchool.
4. Cancellation & Substitution Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all public training registrations:
- 14 or more calendar days before program start: full refund of fees paid.
- 7 to 13 calendar days before program start: 50% cancellation fee; 50% refund of fees paid.
- Less than 7 calendar days before program start: no refund. Full fee is forfeited.
- No-show (without prior notice): full fee is forfeited.
Substitution of a registered participant with another individual from the same organisation is permitted at any time at no additional charge, provided written notice is given to PM eSchool before the program start date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to enquire@pm-resources.com.
5. Program Changes & Cancellation by PM eSchool
PM eSchool reserves the right to:
- Reschedule or postpone a program due to insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government directives).
- Cancel a program entirely if circumstances require.
- Change the program venue, trainer, or delivery mode where necessary.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by PM eSchool, registered participants will be notified as soon as practicable and offered either: (a) a full refund of fees paid, or (b) a transfer to an alternative scheduled session. PM eSchool shall not be liable for any consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
6. HRD Corp SBL-Khas Claims
PM eSchool is a registered Training Provider with HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) Malaysia. Our programs are eligible for SBL-Khas claims subject to HRD Corp's prevailing policies and your employer's levy status.
PM eSchool will provide the following documentation to support HRD Corp claims:
- Official tax invoice.
- Attendance list and participant verification.
- Training grant application supporting documents (where requested).
The employer (levy payer) is solely responsible for submitting the HRD Corp claim within the stipulated timeframe. PM eSchool provides documentation in good faith but is not liable for rejected, delayed, or unsuccessful claims due to HRD Corp's internal processes, the employer's levy status, or incomplete submissions by the employer.
7. Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a program. PM eSchool reserves the right to set minimum attendance requirements for certification purposes.
Participants are required to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all training sessions. PM eSchool reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, slides, handouts, videos, assessments, and other content provided during PM eSchool programs are the sole intellectual property of PM Resources Sdn. Bhd. or its licensed content providers.
Participants may not reproduce, copy, distribute, record, photograph, screen-capture, or share any training materials without prior written consent from PM eSchool. Unauthorised reproduction constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
9. Certification & Credentials
PM eSchool certificates of completion are issued to participants who meet attendance and, where applicable, assessment requirements as defined for each program.
For programs leading to third-party certifications (e.g., PMP® by PMI, CBAP® by IIBA, or similar), certification is subject to the respective awarding body's eligibility requirements, examination results, and application processes. PM eSchool prepares participants for these certifications but does not guarantee examination success or credential issuance.
PM eSchool is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI, IIBA, or any other third-party certification body unless explicitly stated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, PM eSchool shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in or non-attendance of any training program.
- Loss of employment, income, or business opportunity.
- Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with training attendance.
- Technical issues affecting online or virtual training delivery.
PM eSchool's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant program.
11. Data Protection
By registering for a program or submitting any form on our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is used to process your registration, communicate program details, issue certificates, and prepare HRD Corp documentation.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation before commencing any legal proceedings.
